Mistress had laid out everything on the bed. As she instructed, this was your outfit for today's work. So, like a good girl, you carefully put on all the lingerie, including the pretty stockings and all five petticoats (why so many Mistress?)

After that, you put on the short satin dress and Mistress helped you by tightening it at the back and locking you in.

Then, you brushed your long dyed red hair nicely into two pink bows and clipped the huge wedding veil in place - it was so heavy! The long satin ribbons from the hair bows tickled your cheeks as you changed.

Finally, you slipped on the flowery ballet heels that Mistress had left for you, strapping the ribbons tightly so they would stay on, no matter what she had planned. All this preparation took hours.

Once you were ready, Mistress instructed you to go outside the hotel and welcome guests with a curtsy.

Perhaps it was the soft petticoat against your leg, or maybe the sound of delicate satin against tulle as you walked. But you didn't even make it to the hotel entrance. Everything was so wet. What would Mistress do if she found out?

To make things worse, some guests had seen you in distress, and were approaching to help.
