Pheebs this baby is so stinking cute, I cannot stop staring at her. I have been chomping at the bit for this baby and you have done her so beautifully and perfectly I am beyond satisfied! Thank you so much for everything you have done, you were very open when it came to her design and I was really happy to see WIPS of the entire process. <3
Where to start....
I LOVE how her wings are tied back with a bow, it really pulled my eyes and is such a fine detail that I adore. I love how her hair flows and even has the cute bun in the back! She is covered in fluff which is exactly what I wanted, the fluffier the better! All of her accessories are just amazing! garnet and roses are so special to me, they symbolize me as a person and I just love how detailed you have made them. The accessoriesΒ on her tail and wrist that look like vines and thorns are so creative I just love how they really make her pop. Her long tail I couldn't be any more in love with, I couldn't' quite picture her entirely, so when I first saw her I died because of how well you brought her to life. Her rose marking and colors are perfect, I love how well you were able to blend such difficult reds and pinks together so nicely and balance them out. Lastly, her pose and expression... omg you KILLED it! She is exactly what a rose is meant to be... beautiful, yet deadly. You can really see it in her, and I am beyond thankful to you. THANK YOU! <3
Why did I choose this theme?
When I was 4 years old, I remember picking my first rose. Everything about this flower spoke to me even as a kid. That very same rose was placed upon my preschool teachers casket at his funeral when he passed away from cancer. It was the only rose and flower on his casket, and I remember it so vividly. The next biggest event in my life, was when my friend was murdered. We shared an interest in roses and daggers, we would both avidly collect them. When she passed away, I proceeded to get my first tattoo which is of a rose and a dagger in the symbolism of our special bond that I will always treasure. I miss her dearly every day, but every time I look at a rose or dagger I think of her.Β
