This is my first critique... so I might not be too good at it..
First of all I have to say that this looks great! I like it a lot and you certanly deserved a DD for capturing such beauty... I like that its in black and white.. it gives it a nostalgic.. somewhat sad feeling.. the streets of Baku made a great scene and I also think that its gripping the attention because the two lovers are standing alone... it kind of reminds you of Paris.. if you know what I mean?
Overall I think this is a great shot! Thank you for sharing this with us!

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental
hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the
staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so
they set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the
machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.
Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on
a Monday night at 12:00 a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you
and watching you bleed to death. Now send this to ten other pictures on this one site, and
she will haunt someone else who doesn't. This isn't fake. apparently, if you copy and paste
this to ten comments in the next ten minutes you will have the best day of your life tomorrow.You
will either get kissed or asked out, if you break this chain u will see a little dead girl in your room

Black and white gives this a timeless quality, this could have been taken any time in the last 40 years. The couple on the left stand out, their dark clothing against the lighter background. The row of buildings on the left and the lamps on the right leading to an out of focus fountain make for a fine vanishing point. I wonder what they're talking about?

I LOVE how the city looks. Really amazing. Must see it for myself some day. But I don't think the couple fits in the picture at all, which I'm sure is a very unpopular opinion

Beautiful shot - I thought (like the hopeless romantic I am) it was taken in Paris at first. Baku looks like a beautiful city though, and I'm sure that this photo does it justice.
