Description
Designs for a pair of engagement bracelets for my design class, they turned out so well I just wanted to post them.

All are white and yellow gold while the stones are green and blue sapphires and diamonds.

Pair 1: The basic design I got from an ID bracelet I own, white gold plates with tube set brilliant cut sapphires and diamonds. The first of the pair I included a creeping vine design for Her while I left the Him bracelet simple.

Pair 2: These are signet bracelets with the Japanese kanji for husband and wife. The top is simply white and yellow gold with the kanji for "husband" engraved into the metal and painted black while the "wife" has a tiny little diamond gypsy set into the metal.

The graphics on both sides of the signets are how I felt waves would look when given the term husband and wife.

Number 3: This is my favourite of all the bracelets. I based the central design off of the Wayfinders from Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep. The idea of the wayfinders was to represent the Paupu Fruit on Destiny Islands which is said when shared with another person both destinies will become entwined forever.

For this I decided, since the designs were so similar, to merge them so that the one meant for the husband is on the left while the design for the wife is on the right. Set into the center is a white diamond and a blue sapphire cabochon.

Pair 4: Funny enough I got the idea for this pair while I was searching for pics relating to "man" and "woman" and after a couple pics that would make anyone cringe and writhe inside their bodies, I found a pic of Robert Downey Jr. <3 as Iron Man and I took the design from the chest piece that protected his Ark reactor.

For the second of the group I merely twisted the design and extended it.

Pair 5: This pair was really more of a spur of the moment, random doodle. It looked ok as a set and voila. Top is for wife, the bottom for husband.
