Joker's Arsene & Raoul combined into a dragon design, because I like animalifying characters I guess. Making this was a lot of fun, though! The grey feathery-looking thing before his tail is supposed to be feathers that resemble his tailcoat, but that looks a little strange, I admit.I also made these on my phone
