wow!! this was really done on a computer?!!? it really reminds me of those fancy papers you can buy and then scratch the art into xD like it had holographic print under it!! ^^ how did you do thisss?! XD

Yep!It was done on my computer!Btw ,it only took me a few minutes!!
For this case,I used Photoshop.
1) create a new layer for line art
2)upload Β texture(s) on the top of all layers,blending mode is'hard mix'
3)adjust transparency of texture(s) layer(s),then done!

This is amazing! You should try doing this on more complex drawings. Whatever it is you're doing.
