high school is nearly finished....i'm feeling rather nostalgic at the moment.
oh yes, and it was my 3rd DA b-day 3 days ago. Thanks everyone for the llamas and greetings! ^.^
i've tried at drawing more than just a head. this time it's shoulder length. next time i shall try half body, perhaps with a hand somewhere. *nod nod*
NB: for the tasks that i have promised to do and i have not done, i am sincerely sorry. drawings only come when there's inspiration, the feelings for this piece is too precious to neglect.

There are a lot of details about this that aren't quite "realism" but what you've done here is far more beautiful than something 100% realistic could look. The style and emotion are unparalleled.
I'd definitely buy a print of work like this.

haha..the end of high school, beginning of uni. but i'll still miss high school, and uni will be different, there's nothing that can replace our high school years. ^,^

Ohhh!! now this one is lovely XDD although i would advice making the nose smaller for a more femine look XDD i love the tones and the way u paint this XDD instead i would hope that u will make a tutorial on how u paint this haha XDD would love to know ure brush settings if u dun mine XDD as u know i only use airbrush >w<

i use SAI to paint though...basically you just apply the patches of colours with marker tool then blur everything with water tool. XD
oooh, a tutorial exchange? lol. i'll get on to that in the holidays. (december perhaps...) but seriously, i need a tutorial more than you...-O- personally i don't think my realisms are good enough for tutorials anyway. XD

haha well u can't learn everything from only one tutorial XDD which is why i'm here to ask for how u did the hair then applying it with my own techniques XDD
Its best to search around and find those "parts" which interst you then apply it with ure own techniques and there!! ure own original style is done XDD
