And obviously I don't own the background image, I just googled sun

EDIT: finally thought up a story for her!
During the Silver Millenium Sailor Sol was a strong and couragious leader, one who was very powerful and loved by her people. The one thing she desired most in the world however, was the love of a man. She saw how happy Princess Serenity was and wished she could feel the same. Knowing how envious she was of the moon princess, an Evil entity known as Eros decided to use this to his advantage. He disguised himself as an earthling and had Sol fall in love with him. He then faked his own death and made it appear as Prince Endymion had done it. Wrought with grief Sailor Sol went into a fit of rage and began destroying all that was in her path, promising to end the lives of Serenity and Endymion. Queen Serenity tried to calm her down, but to no avail. She had no choice but to use her crystal's power to seal Sailor Sol away in a deep sleep so she would never harm anyone ever again.
Years later when the Starlights arrived on earth, their song traveled into space and awoke Sailor Sol. She remembered being sealed away and journeys to earth to exact her revenge.
