Over 850 layers (887 to be precise), a file that is 350mb in size and did cost me more than 50 hours of work ...

But it is finally done! The final picture of Glasshipping Week, Parisian Steps. As soon as I saw the prompt, I knew that this picture would be the most elaborate - it just HAD to be. It will also be one of the main pictures of my Paris art book, which I am currently working on to deal with my homesickness for Paris Q_Q

Most of the glassshippings here are the original! There is Glassshipping from DeA, but also from "The Pianist" and "Opus Magnum". The Youma behind Kasra (yes, he can't be missing, of course) at the top left is a pianist! Youma who just doesn't know any better ... beneath them we have Karsgaard (Kasra's alter ego in pianist). Bottom left corner shows us Nocturn and Youma from "The Graveguardian", where I had to reduce Youma's wings, otherwise he would have simply take up too much of the picture. Some of the outfits are again Animal Crossing-inspired, like Nocturn's hat, his coat, Youma's ruffled shirt and Graveguardian!Nocturn's uniform. I tried to accommodate all seasons and as many memories of Paris as possible ... but in the end it annoys me that I couldn't bring in the famous street signs.

I really wanted to color this traditionally, but in the end I didnt had enough time. I am also quite happy that I didnt, since I learned a lot with this one! Tekuu also helped me a lo, so I could manage it in time >w<

I love Paris and that is certainly one of the reasons why I fell in love with glassshipping so easily, but certainly not the only reason *laugh*
