Hazrat Imam Ali (Alaih e Salaam)
(13 Rajab, 24 BH–21 Ramadan, 40 AH)
(approximately: March 17, 599 - February 28, 661)
Then, The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) took the hand of Hazrat Imam Ali (AS) and hoisted it like a flag, so that all of the people might see.
Thereafter, Prophet Muhammad ((pbuh) said,
"I am the guardian (Maula/wali) of whosoever,
(he should know that) Ali is also his guardian. (Maula/wali)
Oh God! Be The Friend of the friends of “Ali (A.s) and Be The Enemy of his enemies. Help those who help him and Be The Enemy of anyone who fights him. Yes, those who are present convey my words to those who are not present here.
I hope they will lend ears and accept it."
Imam Ali (A.s) Said:
“Recommended prayers cannot attain the pleasures of Allah for you when obligatory prayers are left unattended.”

As far As (PBUH) is concern this only comes with Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)'s name.

Peace be upon him is a phrase that Muslims often say after saying (or hearing) the name of a prophet of Islam.

Ah, of course, I knew of the custom of saying "peace be upon him" following the utterance of a prophet (though I specifically knew it as something related to Mohammed, I just didn't draw the connection between PBUH and its full version. Thank you for the clarification.
