Why hello there, Cae, haven't seen you in a while. You have horrible posture here; what would your dear Professor Acheron say?

Caeruleus is one of my OCs in a good friend's story. He's sort of the pissy Everyman character who gets hurled into all kinds of situations and circumstances through the years. Along the way he becomes a gun-wielding strategist and agent of the Rebellion, an organised group trying to overthrow the monarchy in order to allow the people to govern themselves. Cae actually doesn't care about the people much; he just hates the monarchy for his own reasons, wants them gone, and realises that this rebellion is the most efficient way to accomplish it. Cae's all for efficiency and meritocracy. And also chocolate. He also occasionally gets forced to masquerade as a woman, despite being 6'2''. The things you do in the name of gaining independence for your planet. Maybe if you cut your hair people would stop calling you a princess, Cae.

Really random sketch, done in Paint Tool SAI. If i was less easily distracted and lazy, i'd do a proper version of this. But i'm not. 8D;

The title is a really lame pun on the meaning of Cae's name. "Caeruleus" is a Latin word for blue, and is often used to describe the sky or sea. Cae has a lot of water symbolism built into his character, so that's why his name is what it is.
