Writer 2: Because Finn hurt Sam.
1: But Quinn and Finn love each other. And Quinn felt bad about it.
2: Well, Finn had no remorse
Writer 3: My God! We got to revise this episode before we lose more fans! No let's push just one more- no, two more weeks, and we can feed Finn to the sharks. The sharks will jump and take Finn, and Sam will rescue him and they live happily ever after. Oh, let's add a twist. Maybe Sam was gay after all.

Mercedes is a diva... blow me. You know, it's not just Ryan Murphy, it also the other writers for actually being the ones writing it or condoning Murphy's trolling.

*Sigh* Most underwhelming episode ever. I don't think Lauren is that kind of jerk (yes, she has jerkish qualities) to let Mercedes go this far. Why couldn't you at least have Puck call out on it? And I'm suppose to like this episode because they paid tribute to the neglected. There was few to like: I liked the intro of the Decathlon team, I still liked Sunshine and glad they don't use her too much, Holly did develop as a character, even Sandy was actually amusing. Sadly, the speech of internet bullying came out of nowhere in an episode of Public Heckling. Even sader, Paltrow did a great job giving it, but it has little impact because the episode itself.
Oh, that confrontation scene was awesome. I loved the subtlety that those were the homosexual (and perhaps one bi) characters gathered up in one place. The flashback of the slushying then to Santana's cool confrontaton, you didn't need to say it. That was were there was "show, not tell/preach."
But Rachel was a brat toward Sunshine who only had good intentions, and Rachel did not learn from experience. So Mercedes is a diva, Rachel teaches Mercedes lesson, POOF! Mercedes is humble again.
Writer 1: I know! We have Sam be a twisted jerk who wanted to control Quinn all along! Now Quinn can be with Finn and fans won't object!
Chord Overstreet: Wait? Wouldn't that be inconsistant? Sam loved Quinn even when she left the cheerleading squard. She was best thing that ever happened to Sam.
Writer 2: Hush, it's not like the viewers will notice.
Chord Overstreet: *sigh* Can you write me as a diva too?
