He's not crazy, he just gets really excited around fire.His name's Ignazio, and he's usually really passive and gentle... unless he sees fire. Or is ordered to use his Hidden Power. Then he gets a tad bit excited. Luckily, he can reform his mouth to look "normal", otherwise he leaves it in it's partially melted state. He also knows Ice Punch to help freeze up his body after he's used his HP, in order to stop his metal from melting.
His shoulder guards were reffed from Lineage 2 but... I'm not sure which armor set...

This guy is JUST like my Bisharp Malich: both Pyromaniacs, both know Hidden Power Fire (I presume) and both get excited by the sight of fire.
