This is so awesome. I do have one suggestion though, if you don't mind it: Crop out the top light bulb and everything above it. The ceiling gives it a much too familiar feel. Without it, the space becomes much more featureless, strange, and empty, and really adds to the feel of the photo. The dark lines at the top won't draw focus away from the really interesting elements: the string of lights and the doll.
Brilliant photo regardless, but just try that and see what you think. Soo creepy.

This would also leave six light bulbs burning, the seventh extinguished. And six and seven give you some good biblical/mythological symbolism!
Course the more I look at it, the more I see why it could be left as-is too. I'm glad to leave that up to you though, I would never be able to make up my mind. Cheers!
