The little purple eyed robot, Circuit, is my OC, and in her fanfic she imprints on Ratchet, so Ratchet is her father.
But in this picture, Circuit thinks that Gadget, who likes her because she has purple eyes and wears black and purple like him, is Ratchet, and Ratchet is freaking out because a villain has his kid XD

How exactly was Circuit created? I think it would be near-impossible for her to turn out looking like Clank because Clank is a warbot defect made by mistake. Hadn't you gotten annoyed from everyone thinking that your character was Clank?
I had checked out your profile to find out more information about your character, but I couldn't find anything brief. I suggest that you create a bio for Circuit so people can get a quicker understanding about her if they don't have time to read your fanfiction. You can get more advice to better the character as well, that way.

Well I actually came here from Fanfiction.net, and that's where I originally posted her whole story. I only brought the rewrite here on Deviantart, and more of her backstory will be revealed as that goes on.
But, if you're that curious, Circuit was created by accident. Nefarious's scientists were working on what would have been Klunk, but the robot was accidentally uploaded with a female gender instead of male, and her eyes were made purple instead of red. Nefarious kept her around as a service droid and gave her the name 'Error' because she was...well...an error.
However, when Klunk was made and sent off to kill Ratchet and Clank but failed, Circuit saw that what Nefarious was doing with the Biobliterator was wrong, and she began showing signs of being a good guy. Nefarious, of course, didn't want another good guy interfering with his plans, and he ordered one of his minions to shoot and kill her. The shot does land and they thought that she died by bleeding out, and Nefarious threw her body down a garbage chute.
Circuit's body was then transferred to a dump, where she reactivated eight years later. And if you've read the first five chapters of the rewrite I posted on here, you should know the rest. Rode a garbage truck, got to Kerwan, found by Ratchet, he named her Circuit, yadda yadda yadda.
It sounds absurd, I know, but the readers love her. And that's all that matters to me

So, when Circuit was created with a female gender, does that mean she was programmed to identify herself as a female? Like how Clank identifies himself as male?
If Circuit is a robot defect like Clank, then wouldn't she lack blood? I think there is another way that they die, but not by leaking fluid, because they're not organic.
Well, if you're just writing this story for fun, and not using it as practice to become a professional writer in the future... then I guess this is okay?

Look, I might have been an amateur when I wrote the fic, and there's a bit of logic lacking, but I'm still damn proud of it. People liked it, and that's all I care about.

I didn't mean to be rude to when I said that. I'm sorry that you took it that way. When I said "professional," I meant having the intention of making a profit off of your storytelling skills later on. People can be cruel in the outside world, I've heard.
It may be because I'm not one to accept every compliment when I think I can do better when I look back on it. I don't know exactly how long ago when you wrote the fanfic, but anything I know I've written from 4+ years is pure cringe.
Apparently, you're not a perfectionist like me. And that's not a bad thing. So if you're really proud of your work, then stay proud.
