Description
I was doodling in class today, and the doodle ended up inspiring this Asexuality* card. I decided to make it a bit nicer looking, using my ol' standby Adobe Flash. I've included pretty much every asexuality symbol in it (besides cake).

Firstly, asexuals like myself often call themselves "aces" for short. As such, the Ace of Hearts has been adopted by the community as an unofficial symbol of asexuals who still hold interest in romantic relations, while the Ace of Spades has been adopted as an unofficial symbol for aromantics.

Secondly, the color scheme is the same as that used in the asexuality flag. Black is for asexuals, gray for gray-asexuals, white for our non-asexual allies, and purple for community.

You will notice that the letter A in the center is also an upside-down heart for the Ace of the Hearts. It contains within it a spade for the Ace of Spaces. The center of this letter A, which is also the tip of the spade, is an upside-down asexuality triangle. From this orientation, the base of the triangle represents the Kinsey scale of sexuality (a continuum from heterosexuality to homosexuality) while the gradual fading from white up to black represents the different levels of sexual attraction (white is more highly sexual, gray varying levels of gray-a, and black asexual).

Lastly, the black circle around the center object is intended to represent the black ring many aces wear on the middle finger of their right hand.

*Someone who identifies as asexual is someone who doesn't experience sexual attraction. Such a person may still engage in sexual activity and/or romance, but the reasons would be due to something aside from attraction.
