I built this one/prompt around the same time as the other Contractor art but this prompt I tried to build around the book Executive Outcomes: Against All Odds by Eeben Barlow and Four Ball One Tracer: Commanding Executive Outcomes in Angola and Sierra Leone by Andrew Hudson and Roelf van Heerden. Both of these books have really helped shape my interest in both Cold War history and the inter years between the Cold War and 9/11. I have used both of these as sources in both undergrad and grad school...hell, i'll probably use them if I get the PhD program I want lol. Great reads if you haven't read them.
