Catelyn Tully marry Eddard Stark, and Petyr Baelish is alone with his whores. But thanks to the chaos brought by the war, he becames Master of Coin and steal money from the crown without anyone discover this. He bedded Lysa Tully behind the back of Jon Arryn and Lysa Tully became pregnant and gave birth to (Robert Arryn Or Robert Waters ?).

Eddard Stark died because of him, and Catelyn Tully is now single. Some time later, she dies along with her firstborn Robb.

Littlefinger became Lord of Harrenhal, and after some time Regent of the Vale after killing Lysa Tully.

Petyr Baelish say to Sansa that he wants to be the King of Westeros with her by his side as his Queen. (Sansa looks like Catelyn)

He create the war of the Five Kings and climb the ladder once more. 

So conclusion : It isn't Lyanna whose beauty launched a rebellion, it was Petyr Baelish whom wanted to be more than just a ward of Hoster Tully because he wanted to bed Catelyn Tully.
