I got too lazy to add a rain effect by the end of this, but oh well. ^^' Blah...I don't really have much else to say about this, but the coloring and design was fun and I think I got better at drawing clouds.I've been drawing lots of pictures of this girl and she'll probably be my OC or something, IDK~
