wow that's amazing. I love this one. So beautiful. details and everything looks so realistic. Check out my gallery if you would like to I'm just starting out in portraits, I usually do landscapes.Β 
I also find that cotton buds and cotton balls do a great job at blending, depending on the skin texture you're after too I guess. Tissue is great.
