Description Ok, I can't upload all of the steps at the same time, at least you'll get bigger pictures. Sorry for the poor quality in some of them, my flash went off.

*You should use a thread close to your base color of fleece (in this case gray), I used black for photographic purposes.

Good hats start with good material. DON'T buy cheap crappy fleece just because it's cheaper. A LOT of other hat makers do that. I use anti-pill fleece (which is like $7-$8 a yard depending on where you get it. I try to get it on sale or with coupons to make it economically efficient). My advice is to dig through the scrap bin (I've found some really great material/colors for really cheap!), clip coupons, and wait for sales.

If you start with cheap material, you get a cheap product! I hate how vendors charge a lot of money for an inferior product. I charge roughly the same amount (a lot of the time a little bit cheaper) for a higher quality product that was handmade with care and passion that will last a hell of a lot longer than the cheap vendor ones.

This is for instructional purposes only and is written assuming you have a fairly good understanding of sewing. Please do not replicate, distribute, sell, or otherwise infringe copyright.
