Он бросился следом, трансформируясь в прыжке, и быстро догнал его, но Мегатрон проскользнул сквозь его крылья, нисколько не замедлившись.
Стальная броня раскалялась от трения об атмосферу, но Саундвейв оставался холоден и не чувствовал жара.
Еще одиннадцать раз он догонял труп своего хозяина, трансформировался и пытался остановить его падение. Еще одиннадцать раз он потерпел неудачу. Когда корпус Мегатрона врезался в поверхность планеты, Саундвейв догнал его в последний раз. Взрыв не мог навредить им. Мегатрон уже не чувствовал боли, а Саундвейв был _не здесь_.
Он не знал, сколько времени провел в кратере, разговаривая с павшим товарищем. Он перестал вести запись и не был уверен в правильной работе внутреннего хронометра.
Когда он снова посмотрел вверх, Немезис исчез. Синий дес все еще был охвачен яростью.
Как он посмел?! Как он посмел умереть?! Это Мегатрон-то?! Убит как никчемный эрадикон, практически заколот в спину! Ножом-переростком, который даже не был активирован!!
Ярость заставила Саундвейва исторгнуть звуковой удар, разрезающий проклятое молчание этого недо-мира. Не было даже эхо."
