Ulquiorra and Orihime from Bleach!This is actually a semi-redraw of one I did almost a year ago; but I changed quite a few things. Here's last year's version: [link]
I think the color scheme improved from the last time I drew Orihime wearing green.
I got some size .05 pens and found they work wonderfully!!! YAY!!!

Yay!!! I'm an Ichi-ruki fan too. I also like Ishi-hime too, but you really wouldn't know by searching through my gallery. Gin and Matsumoto is another one of my favorites. However, when it comes to Kyoraku the only one for him is Nanao. And the same goes for Ukitake and Unohana. Renji, I oddly would pair off with Tatsuki if they ever met. Byakuya, I feel is too heart broken to really find another soul mate like Hisana was.

Oh, I did forget to mention Kyouraku/Nanao! I love them. But Ukitake/Unohana? Never thought of that
Renji and Tatsuki is another one to think of...but I think they both have too strong personalities to be totally compatible...they'd tear each other apart!
And yes, poor, poor Byakuya. I love that man more than should be strictly allowed
And by the way, to me, shounen-ai is NOT romantic, in case I didn't make that very clear. I like it when they act all fluffy, but I could never support guy/guy pairings

Gasp! great job! And not just because Ulquihime is possibly my favorite bleach pairing. This is really sweet and I'm always on the look out for non-creepy Ulquihime art. I love how he's being all chivalrous to her. Plus I love that you make her very colorful but his colors are more simplistic. Great job (again)

I love the coloring on this, and the armor you have Ulquiorra in.
This is such a different position to see them in and I think it really catches the eye. And the kneeling posture, not always an easy postition to draw, but it looks so natural here. Both of their costumes are really cool, and I like the way that Orihime dress drapes around her, definitely, she is a '

I think it happens sometimes, because we are looking in at them (our drawings) and our right is their left, and vice versa.

The longer arm? I really don't notice it.
Sort of looks like the sleeve is pulling down anyways. You know when you are holding the arm, the fabric sort of pulls. (???) Anyways, that is my impression.

I'm glad! In the creative arts magazine, some people have this annoying tendency to want me to honestly edit their paper and when I give polite suggestions, they launch into defenses and explanations. I'm glad you can take criticism and warm support!

I couldn't really call myself an artist if I didn't take the criticism, now would I? I just hate critic on my basic ideas or things like "This sucks". I've gotten something along that line on my fan-fic before. But that was on fanfiction, not here.

Exactly! That what makes a true artist, whether through pen and paper or pastels! It all depends on how you take suggestions and advice. And I totally agree. Some moron on Gaia said for one of my avie ideas ("Punk Jedi"--sounds stupid, I know, but it was just a cute little variation on one of my characters with a lightsaber and she was modern) that "I want to kill you. This sucks! You think you can put a lightsaber in your hand and call yourself a Jedi when you look nothing like one..." and I don't remember the rest. It really hurt and pissed me off though, let me tell you that. *swears colorfully*

I think it's pretty well-done overall. My only qualms are that Orihime's left arm is a little too long, and it looks like she has a left hand on her right arm.

I think my issue there with the hand came from being left-handed... it was so much easier to look at it since I wasn't holding the sketch book with it!
