After watching Hinata fight Neji, I was inspired to draw this. She is one of my favorite female characters now.
The fight between them was one of the best fights I have ever seen. It ranks up there with the fight between Kenshin and Saito, and the first fight between Sasuke and Orochimaru. I can't wait to see more fights in Naruto. I know they are going to get better as the anime progresses.Surprisingly, I didn't use a reference picture, other than to reference the color of her eyes, which I think the color is off... Anyway, I'm really happy how she turned out.
Hinata Hyuga is the creation of the creator of Naruto, Masashi Kishimoto.

Woot! I love Hinata, she's my fave in Naruto, and she's so cute and silly around Naruto! In the early 100s, in the first season of fillers (there's like, 3-4 seasons of filler) you get a very cute scene with Hinata and Naruto, and a bunch of other cute scenes too!

No, I don't mind minor spoilage. You got me curious now. Though I might have seen one of the scenes while watching Naruto/Hinata AMVs the other night.

The first one is that Naruto has to go to the bathroom late at night and so he wanders off from camp a bit. He's done doing his thing, and he goes to this waterfall and he sees *trumpets play* a shadowy girl. A very attractive shadowy girl who he cant identify (but who has a very familiar haircut :wink: ) So he starts bragging about this to Kiba (who's with them) and Hinata's blushing furiously in the back. SO CUTE!
And the other, maybe in the same episode, or in a later one, is the start of the episode. Hinata makes special Onigiri (riceballs! Woot!) that look like Naruto's head. And so Naruto looks at one and goes "Man, this thing looks like me... it feels like cannibalism..." and then eats it XD

I also saw clips of an episode where she had flowers for Naruto (I think.) and blushed deep red. Naruto thought she had a fever or something.

I know... she gets more screen time in the filler then in the whole rest of the series! There's at least 2 arcs and several episodes where it's her, Naruto and one other. It's so unfair that her biggest moments are all non-cannon!

Yep, also one of my faves. I wish Tenten came up more. She's the only ninja of the group who doesn't get a backstory! It's not FAIR! *sigh* Honestly, I don't like Ino and Sakura AT ALL. Very whiny....and do very little in battle (most notably Sakura). In the first encounter with Orochimaru, Maruto's pinned to a tree, something happened to Sauke, and instead of hitching herself up and trying to save Sasuke, she yells at Naruto to wake up. WHAT THE HECK!? YOU ARE NINJA! ATTACK OR SOMETHING!!!

But I thought Orochimaru had left already and Sasuke collapsed in her (Sakura's) arms. Well...she could have layed him down I guess... Anyway, I find Sakura annoying at first, but she grew on me as I watched more episodes. I especially like the episode that she cuts her hair with her kunai. (Hope that wasn't a spoiler for you. If it was, I'm sorry.
I find Ino more annoying than Sakura. It seems like she is always sticking her nose up in the air thinking she is better than anyone else. She even took leadership over her squad in the Forest of Death.

But, but this was when Orochimaru first and Naruto was hanging from a spike from a tree. And I've seen that episode and then I was like, "Okay, maybe not so bad" and then the Ino/Sakura fight came up and I wa like "All this over Sasuke?"
Ino is...I don't know where to begin. I think she definetly more annoying than Sakura but at least she fights more and has that mindtransfer jutsu. Either way, I dislike them both...
Hopefully they will...eventually. If not, we'll just have to imagine a story for her.

In my opinion, I think that the fight between Ino and Sakura started out as a fight over Sasuke, but then turned into a fight for one to prove to the other how much they have grown as ninjas. I conclude this from all of the flashbacks to their past during the fight. Especially during the flashbacks about the flowers.
I will give Ino that she fights more than Sakura, but I believe Sakura has yet to discover her true strength. She touched upon, at least I think so, a portion of her hidden abilities during her fight with Ino. :shrugs: I might be putting too much thought into things though.
Yeah. It wouldn't be nice to leave Tenten out.
