She hugs him and then blows up.

Turns out that those diamonds were a trap that the endermen/girl had set for unsuspecting people.
She is awed by aisican and teleports to the end dragging aisican along with her. After introducing her knew "boyfriend" she takes aisican to her ender brick house to hold him there hostage until he finally loves her.

As it turns out that the endergirl had seen you leave and changed inti bidoof because she knew you liked pokemon. Once you found her, she knocked you out and brought you back home, but this time into a multiplayer server so that you could not go creative mode. So she surrounded you with obsidian after confiscating your tools and weapons.
