Obi gave her only coin she got from Saint to Dryft with a bright smile, "I am back with money, and I want to bet for that one!" She pointed to the Beeb on the racing table, white with red and blue stripes. "Sure thing," Dryft replied and took the coin to add to his bank. It feels like it's the only thing he cares about more than anything else.
Without questioning it, she quickly gets in the front to see the race track better, followed by her brother Lykos, and new friend Poppy, which Obi has grown close to over the past weeks.

"It's time for another race!" Nymble announces, catching the attention of all the gros betting, including the sparkly eyes from Obi. She was so excited! "You all know the drill! On the word go, the Beebs will zoom down the race track. And whoever crosses the finish line first wins the race!"
"And if you had bet on the winner, then you meet us over there to collect your reward, simple." Dryft came in, not as over-the-top as Nymble was.

"Correct and now, one! Two! Three! GO, GO, GO!" Nymble shouted, and the race was on! The Beebs start to leap as fast as they could, some passing others and a few falling behind. It wasn't long until it was eye to eye between three Beebs.
The gros were cheering them on, and other clawing their face in disappointment for betting wrong. It was close, and Obi watched closely, her eyes wide open, hoping for the world to let her favorite win.

And then it happened, "We have a winner!! Herbeeb!!!" Nymble shouted, and the crowd cheered, some with more excitement than others. And that's when Obi jumps with joy, her favorite winning the race!

It wasn't long until some gros got their prizes for winning the bet. And then Obi ran over to meet with Nymble and Dryft. "That was so awesome! I enjoyed the race a lot," Obi said with excitement. "Glad to hear! And for betting on this little guy, you won him," Nymble said as he got down to her level, presenting the Beeb to her. "Really!? Yay! I promise I will take good care of him." Obi said as she took the Beeb in her claws and then gently hugged them. She was so happy!
Obi gasped loudly and held the Beeb high, "You have to meet my friends! Come on!" Obi said as she set the Beeb down and quickly ran to her friends, signaling the Beeb to follow.

From there, she can already tell they are going to be great friends and happy together. Though, let's hope that Leo will accept him.

Hey guys! Some more art for the pet contest event. I was wanting to shade this, but I sadly do not have time before the deadline. At least it still looks cute!
Anyway, it appears Obi got a new friend, this time a Beeb! Let's hope Leo and the Beeb get along, haha.
