pretty cool, but i don't get why there is something missing form that house. Steam would be an idea, but not so sharp edges...

I guess you had references for the car. It looks different than the background, looks a bit to grungy to me. The bricks are not the same size and stuff, it would look way better if you use for that reference as well, or work there as clean as on the car.

Well it was supposed to be steam but I wasn't sure how to go about to drawing steam cuz I'm not to big on using lines to convey steam but I guess I could've done something to make it clearer. And looking at it you are right about the buildings being a bit grungy but I appreciate this kind of feedback it shall help to learn for next time so thanks for the critique.

Glad you liked it.

My suggestion for steam.
I would have made the part where the steam is dark and leave the part for the steam white, that way you can show it's density and you have more control over it. And not outlining it.
With a little hatching you can show a more see through vapor part (this works for a lighter background of course too. To show a window or door behind it). I hope you know what i mean. With this method the building wouldn't have looke like it has been just cut by a rasorblade.

Now i am waiting for another image of yours. Mostly because to see the Batmobil in another setting.

I don't understand why crimes and such are pinned on rainy nights... I like rainy nights. In actual reference to the picture: Great job! You did wonderfully with dramatizing the image!
