Lol, that's where he got his boob job at, too( I always think that his large chest is a serious handicap in battle, you know? What if a small bot like knockout just ducks under it and punches him?) 
Aah, I still really enjoy his design, though~

Hmm I think his chest is good to guard enemy's attack like beam gun and body attack. But certainly its also a weak point against smaller great attacker bots, for example Overclock and Firebreaker in TFU x3 This is the fate of tank robots _(:3」∠)_
