w/ raspberry balsamic vinegari made these w/ frds for a pot luck...the truffle kept melting in our hands....it was hard to form them into balls...but it was fun decorating them w/ sprinkles, coconut shaving, almonds and white chocolate XD
we were going to make white chocolate truffles as well, but the chocolate didn't solidify....so had to go in trash...

Just browsing through your gallery and I saw this. I've recently tried amking truffles as well and what I found to work fantastic is a cookie scoop. It's like a mini ice cream scoop meant for scooping cookie dough for even sized cookies (if you've not heard of it called that or what not). So if you ever decide to make them again, try and get your hands on one. Saves for melty stuff in your hands.
