Another thing for my Previsualization Test. The character portion. Kind of pleased how this turned out. I colored it in one night, and it doesn't look shoddy, so that's good.Related content

I love that costume design. It seems so casual and mish-mashed, like the character's been collecting the pieces for a while. But it's still very nicely done. Love his face and hair, too. (I have a thing for guys with long hair.)

Great design work - the knee bracers look functional. It's a great detail that you left space for him to actually bend his leg with those on.
Being me, I love the fold work on his sashy'over skirt/cloak hanging off of his belt. The little designs on the hem line remind me of charter marks while the color scheme has that darker shaded feeling to it.
Can't think of anything I see -wrong- with this, necessarily. His legs are right, maybe his right arm is too stiff... but it's a design concept so that works and he does have the look of a 'tough guy'. Bah. He be beauuuuutiful. ^'^;

Not shoddy at all. He's actually quite yummy. More than that, the colors work gorgeously together. Vivid without being too bright or clashing with each other.

very interesting design and use of colour.
the only problem i have with this piece is that the leg to the viewers left doesn't look like its supporting his weight properly; the one leg should be more underneath his torso to support his weight since his upper half is leaning back like that.

Sweet colouring, awesome design. The only thing that throws me about this is that his arms seem attached to his body a little awkwardly.
I do so love the colouring, especially the pink-yellow glow reflecting off his side.

How do you come up with all the amazing concepts? I envy your imagination and ability to get awesome ideas like this onto paper (file, computer, whatever). The coloring is quite nice, and so is the outfit!

He kinda looks like... Hikitsu, one of the Genbu Shichiseishi from Fushigi Yuugi, only wearing a kilt and random futuristic armor

That's a beautiful job you've done. I always find that I like it more when I spend less time on coloring. It seems somehow better when it's not so polished and overworked. Great design on him, I love the shinguards
