I know I asked for a crimelord and he‘s still exactly that
but he‘s actually gonna be a very specific one which I had in mind for some time (with additional notes that came from this awesome design)
that one being the „enemy“ of the Antagonist (hoarding Physalis)
He‘s wants to become a powerful crimelord and outdo Surva
who‘s just a man with a lot of connections that benefits his goals
his main thing is that he‘s constantly wearing this big coat because he has pathetically tiny shoulders and needs to compensate (it‘s mainly him that hates his shoulders)

you can tell his mood by how he sips his tea
and he can spawn a cup out of nowhere as soon as you offer him tea
