Even tho this might be a somewhat sloppy doodle, I did it because I needed some sort of outlet after spending last week with the worst period of anxiety I've ever had: got my ears ringing all the time, couldn't sleep for 4 days straight and was on edge 24/7 (especially about my health). After going to the doctor and having tests done, he sent me on meds, exercise and diet because one cause of my anxiety was my nutrition being out of whack (because of digestive woes from the last 2 months that forced changes on my diet which I apparently kept for too long and prolly said woes were caused or exacerbated by stress related to work and personal stuff).

Now I'm doing a bit better this week (I can now sleep at least) but I still have ear ringing (less so than last week) and anxiety/stress still wants to rear it's head in. So I'm also gonna look into therapy if the doc's treatment fails to calm me down enough in the next two weeks.
