Rose, named by his daughter (Mary), is a fast and noble machine that has never failed him, Leroy has always used the fast Rose's acceleration as an advantage to posisionate in the best places at the beginning of each race, to keep the best place depends always of his dexterity of dodging the other racers' skills.

The "icecream machine" how Mary calls it, is a potent weapon that frosts the speedway (3 charges) or creates a spiky ice wall (1) to make other racers lose concentration. Leroy must be very careful on how he uses his tanks due the size disadvantage his vehicle has in the races.
