I first draw it by hand, then scan into the computer and use Photoshop to color it.

I can use crayons (ha ha hee!) . . . or colored pencils though.

But I prefer digital coloring now that I am older.

I bought the cheap one "Photoshop Elements." You can pick it up new for $99 at stores in the U.S., though you can probably find it cheaper online used.

I would personally say it was worth the money in my case. I use it for business, photography and art. Even the cheap one I use, has everything I could ever want, and maybe 90% more I've never even used yet.
