Kayla kissed her flexed bicep for the crowd of excited teenagers, as a flurry of flashing cellphone cameras went off. The blonde beauty blew a few kisses out to the crowd before unclipping her cape from her toned shoulders.

"We have a few special volunteers backstage that need a warm welcome!" Kayla smiled, and the gym joined her in clapping two young men and two teenaged girls wearing yellow t-shirts and black jeans onto the stage.

Honey Bee gave each of them a high-five and a flex of her impressive bicep. She nodded at them and got into a push-up position as the teens sat on her back and the blonde heroine completed a few of them before holding a plank position with a single finger. The crowd whispered excitedly, recording the marvelous feat of strength, and after a moment one of the girls stood up to acquire a metal bar from the table. The group of teens made some room and Kayla showed her assistants off to the crowd, accepting the metal bar with a smile. The blonde bombshell easily twisted the metal into a heart-shape and made one for each of her helpers. One of the teachers took a photo of the group of them, with the teens smiling from ear to ear.

Kayla posed for pictures on the beautiful fall day with some of the students from the assembly, as orange leaves hung on the trees around the school. The blonde noticed one of her helpers sitting alone in the quiet courtyard with his head buried into his high-tech cellphone. She gave a nod to her fans, as they walked away after thanking her, and Kayla wandered over to the teen.

"Mind if I join you?" Honey Bee grinned gently.

His eyes lit up and made room for the superheroine on the bench.

"Thanks for helping today, you were really great." Kayla exclaimed into his blue eyes.

"You're welcome... uh, thanks for the heart...." He smiled embarrassingly.

"You're very welcome buddy." She grinned happily.

"Can I ask you a weird question?" He said softly.

"Of course."

"Have you ever had a crush?"

"Way too many." Kayla chuckled. smiling behind her mask.

"So... it's okay to have them?"

"Of course. Sometimes you fall in love with the most unexpected person. Do you have a crush? I won't tell, pinkie promise." She whispered.

"Yeah, I do." He whispered back.

"What's their name?"

"Can I be really honest with you?"

"Yeah, of course." Kayla exclaimed softly.

"It's, um... you...." He blushed gently, as Kayla smiled.

"That's very sweet of you." Honey Bee whispered.

"Is that weird?"

"I don't think so. I'm glad you were honest with me, you were brave." Kayla grinned again.

"Thank you. I... have to catch my bus...um thank you for everything."

"I can walk home with you, if that's cool with you." Honey Bee smiled.

The young man's eyes lit up and nodded emphatically, as Kayla carried his backpack for him.

"I never got your name by the way." Kayla mentioned, as the sun warmed the two of them.

"I'm Anthony."

"Nice to meet you. I'm...Honey Bee..."

The two of them shared a laugh, and the young man eyes Kayla's hand, before she grinned and intertwined her fingers into his. Anthony sighed contently and leaned slightly into Kayla's strong frame. His eyes wandered gently to her skirt, and Kayla grinned, lifting his chin with her finger.

"Sorry..."

"No worries, at least you're a gentleman about it." She smiled.

The two of them continued to stroll down the sidewalk and turned into a residential area, where Anthony took out his house keys and Kayla stood on the porch with him.

"Thanks for walking me home."

"No problem sweetie." Kayla whispered.

"Your abs are awesome by the way."

"Thank you for noticing! Have a good night okay? Don't forget to finish your homework." Kayla smiled, giving him a small flex and a wink.

"I will!"

Anthony entered his house and Kayla waved to him, as she hovered into the sunset, taking out her special necklace from Alex and kissed it softly.

"I wish all of them were like that..." Kayla said aloud to nobody.
