Another Halloween pic for 2020, this one is my drawing of Wendy the Good Little Witch from the Harvey Comics, she unfortunately never got to officially appear in Harvey Street Kids but was planned for the show and is referenced in the finale by Richie speculating a Witch named Wendy moving to their street. Sad, but there's a few fan made depictions you can find, one I got requested to draw a while back, by Nicholas Judy. But this is about the comics and other material. A friendly little witch living with her aunts, kind of a Distaff of Casper and maybe even love interest to the friendly ghost if not just a good friend. She also appears in Casper and the Spectrals, looking more like an emo teen, though it doesn't stop her from being a good witch. She's had her appearances outside the comics, mostly in old Casper cartoons and of course the Movie , Casper Meets Wendy, portrayed by a young Hillary Duff, and Kat of the first movie was originally supposed to be based on Wendy or something like that, as well. But enough Trivia, barring the bangs and the hood hat, this was probably the more easier character I've drawn lately, considering her default outfit is a red onesie, it didn't take me too long to get once I got my footing, and the collar region really helped too.
