I don't regonize the character's but the mech at top kinda looks like Alphonse from FMA.

Heh, I'm not surprised. Jin Saotome's debut is in the very old Capcom game "Cyberbots", a 2D beat em up/sidescroller. It was awesome. He and Devilotte (another character from the game) make a return in Marvel VS Capcom 1 and 2, but not 3 (stupid Capcom).
Jin's pal up there is named "BLODIA", it's a type of mecha called Variant Armor.

Oh cool I thought the guy on the very bottom looked kinda familiar but I couldn't place it.
Variant Armor? I think I've heard that before too.
