in groups those who are members of a group, that have contributer status are considered admins. they are allowed to vote on weather or not a deviation is accepted, or if someone is allowed to join the group.

Maybe in your groups or others but actually that can be changed from group to group. And if you actually take a look at the BML ajtnz isn't even contributor, he's just a regular member as well, and he never has been. The only contributors are Barrelex and Alex-darkrai. So the is on you.
