A human who join the Quantum shifter group will act as the representative of Earth with any alien race encountered in the journey and have the power to take any action deemed necessary. This includes making contact and negotiates with friendly species and eliminates hostile subjects with extreme prejudice. The Quantum shifter however under no circumstances discloses any information related to Earth, its location and any information which may help determine its location and a way to get there.

Because the unstable nature of Quantum travelling and the amount of fire power and research/manufacturing capability the Ambassador craft possess; in exchange for these privileges the Quantum shifter will have to forfeit all of his/her human right and possession and will be place under surveillance by 3 companion AI.
-This is to prevent complication of inheritance may occur if a Quantum clone is formed.
- In case the agent gone rouge or one of the Priority Objectives is violated; the 3 AI will have overriding priority to euthanize him/her immediately.
-The United Earth government can deny any unfavourable deal he Quantum shifter make with alien races.
The name and record of the Quantum shifter will be erased therefore the character will have official name and will only be referred as test subject by the AI. This particular subject has show some resentment toward his fellow human and the purpose of his journey is suspected to be escaping his current life on Earth.

History: When he was young, the boy dream of becoming an astronaut and exploring space; however the constant conflict on Earth makes this dream impossible and soon he is draw into the war between factions on Earth. That is until one corporation gain enough power to overwhelm all the other and despite critic from the public push the Space program back on track and find a way to make use of the Quantum drive ( previously used as a weapon) for interstellar travelling. The boy now a weary man has a chance to reach his childish dream and he will not let it slip even if it mean to sacrifice everything he had and will ever have. His military training and calm, analytical demeanour make him an ideal candidate and he was given the first Ambassador craft to test the LaGrange tunnel between Jupiter and Mars. The tunnel appear to be faulty as the Quantum drive warped him to an unknown planet. Having to crash landed on the planet without knowledge of his current location or enough power to leave orbit; it appear his journey to the stars hit a road block... temporally.
Ability:
-Trained in modern warfare and Counter in-human insurgence. Urban warfare expert.
-Long range combat expert and survivalist and stealth are result of his sniper training.
-Heavy weapon Operator Expert; capable of commandeering Lanzer; Rycerz; Ritter weapon platform.( long-mid-close range weapon platform respectively).

As much training as he has; he is still a normal human being with no special ability (power suit doesn’t count); he will rarely expose himself to danger and prefer to avoid stronger/ more well equipped enemies. If he have to fight he will make use of terrain and battle tactic to gain leverage over the opponent and will use traps, distraction, bait, flanking or any method necessary to win. To compensate for his ‘normalness’ he is equipped with 3 weapon platform which will be deployed as necessary. However i think over the span of this competition only the Rycerz will be showed.
He is not the kind of guy who will approach another person with open arm or a gun; at least until he know enough about their type; a neutral character; I don’t see he have much interest in helping or destroying the world but rather observing and making report of the phenomenon for the scientist back home (not that he can contact them atm). Also his role as an ambassador will mean he will make contact and be nice to more friendly ‘lifeform’ as required. His military mind set mean he will seek to destroy hostile ‘lifeform’ and collect sample from them if possible.
