It's definitely off, in a way you can't tell in your more zoomed out pictures, but I have trouble placing it. Immediately the eyes seemed to be too high, but the more I look I have trouble placing why. I think it might be the ear. And the mouth seems cartoony and doesn't fit with the rest of the anatomy. It feels like the lips are too upturned in the smile, but it may be the lip shape causing that effect as well, it's hard to tell. Finally, the biggest, most obvious thing is that the cheekbone area has its own seeming fat bulges too separated from the rest of the cheeks and chin. I've never seen a real face not in inmobility fetish art do that, even in bbw models. The cheekbone and cheeks in real life all kind of meld together to form one big fat cheek per side, rather than here, which I can't help but unsee as a similar look to a chicken leg-quarter's separate drumstick and thigh.
The hair's painting look, the general color palette, and all of the individual components of the face look anatomically good (other than the cheekbone area and the edges of the smile), but they don't look good together. The good news is that's relatively fixable! I'm excited to see how you'll improve from this one!
