A little peek into Ama's past. Like most gems, Ama and her batch we're never intended to developed any form of attachment to gems outside her type. Even more so, her batch we're usually spread out as medical gems used to neutralize feelings of guilt, doubt, sadness, or anger that could possibly cause defection in gems. As well as being therapeutic to have around, they were usually set in pairs to ensure the one would report if the other defected. However Ama was not prepared to lose her assigned partner. It's the only memory she has that causes her to be sad and she never talked about it.Ama belongs to me

Woah ! This is so emotional and gives the reader some insight intoher backstory and yet it leaves some up to the imagination, which I really like.~
