yesh I thought making rag scared from thunder made him seem more human ( I actually have a reason why he is too >w> rag is overall just scared of loud sounds from when he was little he heard his  parents  Be killed by a gun, so loud sounds always gets to him ewe )

Rag is actually cute having that kind of weakness.
If Luke happens to see him like that, he might try to comfort him.
Strange as it seems but Luke can be nice to Rag despite his annoying 
attempts to piss him..xDD

Lol, I think Little Red as a nickname to Luke is rather cute
and why not Rag call Envoy "glasses" or "four eyes?" XDD

rag probably try to handle it on his own because he always had but if it's a really bad one he might be hindding because he knows it so silly of him and luke finds him , rag will play it off because he hasn't really been open to anyone to a point that he doesn't really know how to anymore, his trying with Ray tho

i call them thoughts but it's when I get a idea something should be put down, most of my characters came from a idea then more ideas to make them like Alex I made him up when I was at school in  Science lol 
i don't know....by the time I do get a paper I would of already forgot XD
