I don't own Fairy Tail or PokemonChansey- she's a healer
Altaria- dragon/flying type
Dragonair- it has little wings on its head, it reminded me of wendy. tee-hee
Shaymin- can transform into sky form, and it's adorable!
Pidgy and Togakiss are flying types that I thought matched wendy

You now actually this reminded me of an idea to turn the fairy tail characters into Pokemon and Wendy was going to be Pidgey because the Pidgey family learn a lot of wind based moves including Twister which is a dragon type move itself

How about swablu since it evolves in a dragon, flying type. plus it is blue just like wendy's hair.

You know with the newly added Pokemon I think Noibat would be the better choice; it's Flying/Dragon and a lot of its moves are wind based
