I am probably not going to see it, but this is an amazing redesign, wouldn't fit a kids show⦠But an anime/dark series with this would be great⦠If it stays in a japanese/has good dubbing

Makes absolutely no sense to the name. I don't understand how its going to progress the story in any significant way that doesn't alienate (lol) the mythos.
Imagine if Bay made Lord of the rings, and it was about short people (not hobbits) who fight with boomboxes against albino black people (instead of orcs).
That is as much sense as it makes.

Honestly, if Bay's dialogue for Jazz, the sawed-off ghetto-bro bots in RotF and even Prime ("Punk-ass Decepticon.") is any indication, he's gonna have a field day ratcheting Mikey's irritation factor through the roof. The E.T. origin thing just frosts this fruitcake with further revulsion.

In other news, I could roll with Don & his fellow shellheads sporting actual beaks & solid-looking plastrons-you'd think all that natural armor would offer some frontal protection. Color me curious regarding your approach on Sensei Splinter.

I think one of the number one things Turtles should represent is some form of comic parody, the whole point of them being teenaged and mutant was meant to poke fun at comic books at the time (very angsty satire teenaged-drama filled stuff) with dark undertones.
Bay is just going to fill this shit with racial stereotypes and bad acting.

Gotta be honest, I like this design aesthetic (and you do have a great art style to pull it off). It really plays up the idea of being a MUTANT TURTLE. If that's the kinda look he goes for, at least Michael Bay would get THAT bit right (not that it would save the movie from going under, of course).
I do have a tiny, microscopic nitpick on the drawing here, which would be that he seems a bit older than a teenager, like he's in his early-20's.

I actually criticize my turtle designs worse than anyone, half of ninja turtles is their personality (minus how the were in the original comics) and this turtle has no real good way of expressing it besides his eyes, as he has no lips. So I guess my turtle designs are more in line with the old gory comics... Not that I want it that way.
