And I have decided who she is in the story: An's ex-wife :·) So yeah, with time you will learn that she actually isn't a good person,
despite her looks here. Here she's probably smiling at An and saying something like "I'm happy you found yourself someone blabla"
while deep inside he's cursing Anta -even though An and Anta aren't really dating, specially publicly/before other people's eyes.
On her shirt/blouse/top you can read the kanji 幸, which means "happiness"/ "happy". ^^
I'm not sure she will have red hair but I needed to use such ink to respect the tools and concepts
I'm using this year.

Ah, she's a bi...big bad octupus. Oh. So was she crying because she was genuinely heartbroken? If so, would that mean she has the whole "I'M BAD BECAUSE OF YOU" backstory or has she always been bad? Also, why must bad people look good? :'D

She wasn't really "bad". The very brief story is: she used to be a hopeless and poor prostitute,
met An, they uh... got involved xD They kinda liked each other, she felt better for once but then
a lil' mistake... she got pregnant >_> An wanted to take responsibility for it and to be a good father
but the bitch got crazy, told him he was a bastard and left with the kid...
The story goes on but you'll have to read it either on the bio or the story xD
SO she's not innocent... she's evil -`_´-
But true... evil people always look so good XD
