Homework? What homework?!Totally wasted all of Saturday procrastinating and avoiding my art assignments...and then I decided to finish it off by pulling a DeathNote fanart out of nowhere. This came together really fast, and I'm pretty happy with it overall. Looks like all this forced labor in drawing class is starting to pay off

*laughs* OMG! This picture reminds me of a small video my friends, Fiona and Shaunt, and I made at Fiona's house. We did a Death Note skit. I was Light and Fiona was L. Shaunt video taped. The "homework, what homework" line really made me think about it, because I asked "L" that in our video when "he" came bardging into the room demanding to see my "notebook". Heh.
...Sorry for the stupid story. Anyways, this is very good! And it brings back memories! I need to add to favs!

Great picture. Love the design and I understand what you mean by getting art homework done. There are just so many other to draw and I don't know about you but I tend to get bored easily. Love the colors and the verticla lines in this. Great job on the compisition. Nice values in your lights and darks as well. Keep up the goos work.
