I found the way L's face remains hidden for the first manga in the series intriguing and it what originally drew me to the character.this shoot was also how Drawer and I spent New Years Eve because we're totally not nerds who have no lives, nope not at all <.<;;

it is said that L can only think when he sits hunchback and curled up his legs to his chest... that if he sits in other position (particularly standing upright), he won't think well and it would go down to 40%.

ah ok, makes sense. However this photo is an exact recreation of one of the panels in the first manga before L's face was ever shown which may have been drawn before the writers really solidified L's major personality quirks, such as the way he hunches constantly or the pressing of his thumb against his lip when thinking.

Yes. After watching the anime, I can tell you that he is incredibly adorable. There are some shonen-ai scene in the anime that I don't like but he's not like that the manga and that's what matters.
L has this air of intrigue but gross intrigue in a way. It's what makes him adorable. I just can't stop thinking that.
