yes... water does fall...um right my 2nd oil painting, i like it I have to say... but no one else seems too -.-
maybe cause my teacher's like you can do better... well ok I can and I have but seriously I just LIKE IT !! no reason ... just does..
possibly the most immpressionistic piece I've done so far... 'm better at portraits tho'... maybe I'll find one an post it ?
