Nada não, é crítica que eu quero msmo x)
Então.. o pior é que eu sinto a mesma coisa. Tenho tentado dar uma mudada nas últimas coisas que venho desenhando, mas no final acaba ficando igual a tudo que eu já fiz.
Me fala mais sobre o que vc acha.. uma opinião alheia sobre isso ia ajudar =/

eu menti >_>" na verdade nao eh so o rosto que esta me incomodando, mas anatomia em geral. As cores estao bem-implementadas e tal, mas meio planas, ou "flat". Acho que uma pratica de anatomiasinha ajudaria

Sobre o rosto, acho que vai ficar menos parecido se voce tentar praticar umas coisas novas, tipo, fazer um rosto super comprido, ou super achatado, testudo, gorila, ou estremamente feio so pra praticar XD~. Dai antes de desenhar a pessoa, criar uma ideia de como ela vai ser.
Copiando retrato tambem ajuda bastante, alias, copiando qualquer coisa ajuda! XD~

her arms are... well... flat she should have dome muscles and her shoulder is also flat
second thing is straight lines of the background... thats little bit lazy

I'm not a drawer, but i'll try to come up with some kind of critique.
I think it would look nicer if you'd put more details on the Assassin, and blur a little rest (what is further, more blured).
It's quite good idea to focus a little the picture on the main char

Thanks, I blured a little bit the scenery, enough to not lose some of it's details.
It doesn't made too much difference, but now Ayame is a bit more in relief.
