Lol, the first few "million" times. I can't get it right at all without one of those "How to draw YGO character" books. If I had one of those, I'd learn to draw Mai or Marik first. IT WOULD BE NICE IF I COULD DRAW MARIK'S HAIR! D= I remember that picture I drew of Marik, where he's sitting on a chair in a totally improper way, because I can't draw at ALL and his hair is in a ponytail 'cause I fail. xD

I learn how to draw from reference and trial and error XD If I can't obtain references, I draw something over and over and over until it looks somewhat right

Yea, I've tried to draw YGO characters and the closet I've come to drawing one is Jounouchi and now I'd probably hate the picture because it'd be so out of proportion. I drew it when I was like 10 or 11 or something. I've been known to hate early drawings I've drawn. Why? Because it's out of proportion.
I tried to draw Yami once...it was fail. I think I did manage to master his hair once, but I probably forgot how to master it again. Plus, eyes seem to be fail now too. You don't even want to KNOW how much I failed drawing Kaiba.
